Double-click on the new entry and set its value to 10,000. Name the new entry MaxOutstandingConnections. Right-click in the left-hand pane of the Terminal Server folder, select New, and then DWORD (32-bit) value. If the entry is not visible, create it yourself. Double-click on it and set its value to 10,000. Locate the MaxOutstandingConnections entry. Then navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server.
